Hi Gary..Me and my brother stopped by last week on our way to St Louis and I just wanted to thank you for your tremondous kindness and hospitality. I'm REALLY sorry we couldn't stay longer as we were pressed for time. You're truly a Route 66 treasure.

Hey Gary we loved stopping at your station. we loved the stories and learned a great deal about the mother road. By the way, you were right about the TeePee. They wanted $2.00 before they would let us go in. We respectfully declined. You are a great steward to the mother road and I'm sure we'll see you again.

Hey Gary & Lena, Shane and I stopped by on Saurday June 26, I was the crazy lady snapping all those pictures.Shane and I really enjoyed your hospitality, time & knowledge about Route 66 you were very informative.We stopped at the 2 places you told us about , we really enjoyed both places and before we got through looking at all the old buildings and antiques at Red Oak my Camera battery died. So we stopped at a Burger King to eat and to charge up my Camera battery, so that I could take more pictures along our route to see the 4 Women on the Route 66, but unfortunately for us they were closed, but we did look around and I did take more pictures. For our experience on route 66 we enjoyed visiting the gay parita gas station, we thought it was the highlight of our trip.
